Amen Estate Phase 2 Review; Comprehensive Review of Amen Estate Phase 2 in 2023

\n

\n

\n

\n

I am an independent realtor and real estate professional. The opinions expressed here are my own and not official statements of Amen Estate. I help my clients acquire affordable real estate properties in Lagos Nigeria. I would never push a property I have not properly investigated and verified its authenticity.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Funke Akindele in Jennifer’s diaries has been creating so much hype about Amen Estate…

\n

\n

\n

\n

So I decided to go to the estate myself to inspect the place myself.

\n

\n

\n

\n

I went to Amen Estate and talked to their staff. Then, I went to Amen Estate Phase to see the development on the ground.

\n

\n

\n

\n

In this Amen Estate review, you will learn everything you need to know about Amen Estate…

\n

\n

\n

\n

I will also share what I like and don’t like about this estate.

\n

\n

\n

\n

My goal is to help you decide if Amen Estate is worth the investment.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Let’s dive in…but first:

\n

\n

\n

\n

Why Amen Estate?

\n

\n

\n

\n

Everyone loves good things and Amen Estate is unarguably the most beautiful, secured and serene estate within the Ibeju-Lekki neighbourhood. A’ list celebrities, foreign expatriates and the elite class of Lagos habits here in escape from the noisy, rowdy, traffic situation and air pollution that comes with living within the Lekki-Ajah neighbourhood.

\n

\n

\n

\n

But that is not the only reason people are suddenly trooping all in.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Imagine a circle, and surrounding it are multi-national industries with an income projection in billions of dollars, leading up to being acclaimed, the industrial hub of Lagos.

\n

\n

\n

\n

That is what Amen Estate represents.

\n

\n

\n

\n

As a matter of fact, experts forecast that in 10-15years coming, a plot of land in Amen Estate, just like Lekki Phase1 will sell from 450M and above per plot.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Key industrial activities like the

\n

\n

\n

\n
    \n
  1. Power Oil Production Plant
  2. \n
  3. The Lekki Free Trade Zone housing Dangote refinery (which is expected to be the largest refinery in Africa by output capacity)
  4. \n
  5. Dangote Fertilizer
  6. \n
  7. Petrochemical Plant
  8. \n
  9. Lekki Deep Sea Port
  10. \n
  11. The Pan-African University new campus and the proposed Lekki International Airport projected to employ more than 200,000 people and lead to a town of up to 300,000 in population.
  12. \n
\n

\n

\n

\n

According to research, the rate at which Ibeju-lekki is growing is triple times over all other areas in Lagos. Property value appreciates fast and is constantly rising.

\n

\n

\n

\n

These and other metrics are what stands Amen Estate out as the best location to invest currently in Ibeju-Lekki

\n

\n

\n

\n

In 1998 a plot of land in Lekki Phase1 sold for 10million naira but right now in 2021, the same plot of land sells for over 500million naira.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Ikoyi, In the ’80s, a plot of Land in Ikoyi sold for less than ₦2million, but today (2021) it is priced between 700million and a billion naira.

\n

\n

\n

\n

VICTORIA ISLAND: In the ’90s, a plot of Land in Victoria Island used to sell for less than ₦10million, but today (2021) it goes for ₦800million and above.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Who Owns Amen Estate?

\n

\n

\n

\n

Amen Estate is owned by Madam Folashade Balogun. She is the Chairman/CEO of Redbrick Homes International Limited, a real estate development firm, who are the developers of Amen Estate (more on them later).

\n

\n

\n

\n

What Is Amen Estate And Where Is It Located?

\n

\n

\n

\n

After inspecting Amen Estate myself, I discovered something interesting.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Amen Estate is a unique and prestigious estate that offers a secure and private community in a well-planned and designed environment with serene, private, peaceful and incredibly nice landscaping surrounded by nature and the famous, Eleko Private Beach in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos Nigeria.

\n

\n

\n

\n

They first launched Amen Estate Phase 1, which sold out fast. As I am writing this, developments are still going on in Amen Estate Phase 2.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Amen Estate Phase 2 is just directly opposite Amen Estate Phase 1. They are both located at Eleko Beach Road, Off Lekki Epe Express Road, Ibeju Lekki, in the Eastern part of Lagos State, Nigeria.

\n

\n

\n

\n

This location is within the vicinity of:

\n

\n

\n

\n
    \n
  • The famous Dangote Refinery,
  • \n
  • Lagos Free Trade Zone,
  • \n
  • Proposed Lekki International Airport,
  • \n
  • The Lekki Deep Sea Port,
  • \n
  • The Pan African University,
  • \n
  • And several other companies.
  • \n
\n

\n

\n

\n

This makes Amen Estate very attractive to real estate investors and future residents of Ibeju Lekki.

\n

\n

\n

\n

But the truth is, Amen Estate is not for everyone.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Who Is Amen Estate Phase 2 For?

\n

\n

\n

\n

Amen Estate is for those who:

\n

\n

\n

\n
    \n
  • Enjoy a pleasant and modern lifestyle
  • \n
  • Want a safe environment for their family
  • \n
  • Want uninterrupted power supply
  • \n
  • Want to stay live close to celebrities
  • \n
  • Want to live a quiet life with no disturbance from unwanted visitors
  • \n
  • Work at Lagos Free Trade Zone or other top companies in the area
  • \n
\n

\n

\n

\n

What I Like About Amen Estate Phase 2

\n

\n

\n

\n

There are so many things I like about Amen Estate. But to keep this post short, I will only mention the one that I feel it’s most important.

\n

\n

\n

\n

#1: Amen Estate Development Is One Of The Best

\n

\n

\n

\n

If you have been following Amen Estate for a while, I am sure you noticed how fast phase 1 developed and sold out fast.

\n

\n

\n

\n

That’s also the same thing happening now at the Amen Estate Phase 2.

\n

\n

\n

\n

And as someone with a background in Civil Engineering, this made me a bit skeptical about their construction methods.

\n

\n

\n

\n

But I noticed the buildings in Amen Estate are built to standard.

\n

\n

\n

\n

I also researched a bit about the developers, Redbrick Homes International Ltd, and I discovered that they are an innovative construction firm with a decade-long track record of developing and managing estate properties built with quality and the latest technology.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Amen Estate provides different home designs including:

\n

\n

\n

\n
    \n
  • Detached houses
  • \n
  • Semi-detached houses
  • \n
  • Terraces and flats
  • \n
  • And much more
  • \n
\n

\n

\n

\n

All built to standard. Now, let’s take a look at what the new Amen Estate Phase 2 offers.

\n

\n

Amen Estate Review Final Thoughts

\n

\n

\n

\n

The hype around Amen Estate is because of so many reasons:

\n

\n

\n

\n
    \n
  • It’s location
  • \n
  • It’s design and landscape
  • \n
  • Jennifer’s diaries
  • \n
  • And the community of people it’s attracting
  • \n
\n

\n

\n

\n

But the one thing that makes Amen Estate different from the rest of the other estates in Ibeju Lekki is that…

\n

\n

\n

\n

It provides quality living at an affordable price for individuals, families, and investors (home and abroad) seeking secure, comfortable, and modern living in Lagos, Nigeria.

\n

\n

\n

\n

If you missed out on acquiring a property in Amen Estate Phase 1, then this is your opportunity to invest in one of the most prestigious estates in Nigeria.

\n

\n

\n

\n

However, there are only a few houses and plots left for sale.

WHY YOU SHOULD OWN A PROPERTY HERE

\n

\n

\n

\n

Earlier this year, I was with my Uncle, while banting about Real Estate Investment and the likes, as we always do when he shared a very painful story with me.

\n

\n

\n

\n

In 1986, someone approached him to buy four plots of land properties in Lekki Phase1 for 500naira only!

\n

\n

\n

\n

He was well to do and as would be expected in a communal community, different people approach you with things they wish sell, knowing you have the buying capacity.

\n

\n

\n

\n

During that same time too, someone else approached him about two plot size he had for sale at Ogba, Ikeja for he same price.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Ogba was considered a developed place as at then. There were roads and houses with people living in. Lekki, on the other hand was surrounded by bushes. With Chevron being the only structure close to site.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Why they even went for the thick bush in Lekki, no one knows!

\n

\n

\n

\n

Like you and I would probably have done, my Uncle went for the 2plots he was offered at Ogba.

\n

\n

\n

\n

And that was the biggest regret of his life.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Right now, the best location in Ogba is valued between 25 and 50M naira while Lekki Phase1 is valued at 500M per plot.

\n

\n

\n

\n

He lost his chance of 2B in returns for a 100M in Ogba!

\n

\n

\n

\n

Why am I sharing this?

\n

\n

\n

\n

Good roads and people don't drive the value of a property and location. Industries does!

\n

\n

\n

\n

When there are industries and companies, people are naturally compelled to a place which automatically optimises the value of properties in the location, as is in the case of Lagos State and other States in Nigeria.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Lekki had just one company, Chevron, that attracted thousands more generating billions in dollars and scaling the value of its Real Estate. Right now, Ibeju Lekki has 26 top tier companies heavily invested in billions including Dangote Refinery and Flour Mill notwithstanding the Seaport and Airport project.

Investment Opportunities in Amen EstateHow to Invest and make good returns off your property in Amen Estate phase 2

\n

\n

\n

\n

Do you know that over 100 people search every day for Short-let and annual rent properties in Amen Estate? Run keyword research yourself and see for yourself.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Sad truth is when we visited the sales office and asked if they had any short-let properties or properties for rent in the estate. There was none at all!

\n

\n

\n

\n

Well, that should be good news for you - an open market with little to no competitor hanging by.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Beyond renting, another solid gold mine in buying off land properties in this estate for resale.

\n

\n

\n

\n

Perhaps, you don't really live in Lagos and you consider it a waste.

\n

\n

\n

\n

65% of people who invest in Lagos don't live in Lagos. As a matter of fact, they don't even like Lagos. But they invest because of the unbeatable returns that comes with it and shouldn’t that be the prime goal of investing after all?

Amen Estate Phase 2 Review; Comprehensive Review Of Amen Estate

I am an independent realtor and real estate professional. The opinions expressed here are my own and not official statements of Amen Estate. I help my clients acquire affordable real estate properties in Lagos Nigeria. I would never push a property I have not properly investigated and verified its authenticity.

Funke Akindele in Jennifer’s diaries has been creating so much hype about Amen Estate…

So I decided to go to the estate myself to inspect the place myself.

I went to Amen Estate and talked to their staff. Then, I went to Amen Estate Phase to see the development on the ground.

In this Amen Estate review, you will learn everything you need to know about Amen Estate…

I will also share what I like and don’t like about this estate.

My goal is to help you decide if Amen Estate is worth the investment.

Let’s dive in…but first:

Why Amen Estate?

Everyone loves good things and Amen Estate is unarguably the most beautiful, secured and serene estate within the Ibeju-Lekki neighbourhood. A’ list celebrities, foreign expatriates and the elite class of Lagos habits here in escape from the noisy, rowdy, traffic situation and air pollution that comes with living within the Lekki-Ajah neighbourhood.

But that is not the only reason people are suddenly trooping all in.

Imagine a circle, and surrounding it are multi-national industries with an income projection in billions of dollars, leading up to being acclaimed, the industrial hub of Lagos.

That is what Amen Estate represents.

As a matter of fact, experts forecast that in 10-15years coming, a plot of land in Amen Estate, just like Lekki Phase1 will sell from 450M and above per plot.

Key industrial activities like the

  1. Power Oil Production Plant
  2. The Lekki Free Trade Zone housing Dangote refinery (which is expected to be the largest refinery in Africa by output capacity)
  3. Dangote Fertilizer
  4. Petrochemical Plant
  5. Lekki Deep Sea Port
  6. The Pan-African University new campus and the proposed Lekki International Airport projected to employ more than 200,000 people and lead to a town of up to 300,000 in population.

According to research, the rate at which Ibeju-lekki is growing is triple times over all other areas in Lagos. Property value appreciates fast and is constantly rising.

These and other metrics are what stands Amen Estate out as the best location to invest currently in Ibeju-Lekki

In 1998 a plot of land in Lekki Phase1 sold for 10million naira but right now in 2021, the same plot of land sells for over 500million naira.

Ikoyi, In the ’80s, a plot of Land in Ikoyi sold for less than ₦2million, but today (2021) it is priced between 700million and a billion naira.

VICTORIA ISLAND: In the ’90s, a plot of Land in Victoria Island used to sell for less than ₦10million, but today (2021) it goes for ₦800million and above.

Who Owns Amen Estate?

Amen Estate is owned by Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi. He is the Chairman/CEO of Redbrick Homes International Limited, a real estate development firm, who are the developers of Amen Estate (more on them later).

What Is Amen Estate And Where Is It Located?

After inspecting Amen Estate myself, I discovered something interesting.

They first launched Amen Estate Phase 1, which sold out fast. As I am writing this, developments are still going on in Amen Estate Phase 2.

Amen Estate Phase 2 is just directly opposite Amen Estate Phase 1. They are both located at Eleko Beach Road, Off Lekki Epe Express Road, Ibeju Lekki, in the Eastern part of Lagos State, Nigeria.

This location is within the vicinity of:

  • The famous Dangote Refinery,
  • Lagos Free Trade Zone,
  • Proposed Lekki International Airport,
  • The Lekki Deep Sea Port,
  • The Pan African University,
  • And several other companies.

This makes Amen Estate very attractive to real estate investors and future residents of Ibeju Lekki.

But the truth is, Amen Estate is not for everyone.

Who Is Amen Estate Phase 2 For?

Amen Estate is for those who:

  • Enjoy a pleasant and modern lifestyle
  • Want a safe environment for their family
  • Want uninterrupted power supply
  • Want to stay live close to celebrities
  • Want to live a quiet life with no disturbance from unwanted visitors
  • Work at Lagos Free Trade Zone or other top companies in the area

What I Like About Amen Estate Phase 2

There are so many things I like about Amen Estate. But to keep this post short, I will only mention the one that I feel it’s most important.

#1: Amen Estate Development Is One Of The Best

If you have been following Amen Estate for a while, I am sure you noticed how fast phase 1 developed and sold out fast.

That’s also the same thing happening now at the Amen Estate Phase 2.

And as someone with a background in Civil Engineering, this made me a bit skeptical about their construction methods.

But I noticed the buildings in Amen Estate are built to standard.

I also researched a bit about the developers, Redbrick Homes International Ltd, and I discovered that they are an innovative construction firm with a decade-long track record of developing and managing estate properties built with quality and the latest technology.

Amen Estate provides different home designs including:

  • Detached houses
  • Semi-detached houses
  • Terraces and flats
  • And much more

All built to standard. Now, let’s take a look at what the new Amen Estate Phase 2 offers.

Amen Estate Phase 2 Review

Amen Estate Phase 2 offers lots of facilities and benefits. This truly makes it currently one of the best investment properties in Ibeju Lekki.

Most real estate professionals are saying that this will be the next Lekki Phase 1 in Ibeju Lekki.

Here are some of the facilities Amen Estate offers and some benefits you get:

  • 24-hour electricity power supply
  • Tarred roads
  • Solar Street Lights
  • Covered drains
  • Street cleaning
  • Lighting and Maintenance
  • Sewage disposal services
  • Treated water supply
  • Armed security patrols
  • A fully equipped leisure center
  • A gymnasium
  • A swimming
  • A Fitness center
  • A tennis court
  • A football field
  • Public parks
  • Gardens
  • Integrated CCTV and broadband internet
  • And so much more

With all this, I am sure you are curious about the price.

WHY YOU SHOULD OWN A PROPERTY HERE

Earlier this year, I was with my Uncle, while banting about Real Estate Investment and the likes, as we always do when he shared a very painful story with me.

In 1986, someone approached him to buy four plots of land properties in Lekki Phase1 for 500naira only!

He was well to do and as would be expected in a communal community, different people approach you with things they wish sell, knowing you have the buying capacity.

During that same time too, someone else approached him about two plot size he had for sale at Ogba, Ikeja for he same price.

Ogba was considered a developed place as at then. There were roads and houses with people living in. Lekki, on the other hand was surrounded by bushes. With Chevron being the only structure close to site.

Why they even went for the thick bush in Lekki, no one knows!

Like you and I would probably have done, my Uncle went for the 2plots he was offered at Ogba.

And that was the biggest regret of his life.

Right now, the best location in Ogba is valued between 25 and 50M naira while Lekki Phase1 is valued at 500M per plot.

He lost his chance of 2B in returns for a 100M in Ogba!

Why am I sharing this?

Good roads and people don’t drive the value of a property and location. Industries does!

When there are industries and companies, people are naturally compelled to a place which automatically optimises the value of properties in the location, as is in the case of Lagos State and other States in Nigeria.

Do you know that over 100 people search every day for Short-let and annual rent properties in Amen Estate? Run keyword research yourself and see for yourself.

Sad truth is when we visited the sales office and asked if they had any short-let properties or properties for rent in the estate. There was none at all!

Well, that should be good news for you – an open market with little to no competitor hanging by.

Beyond renting, another solid gold mine in buying off land properties in this estate for resale.

Perhaps, you don’t really live in Lagos and you consider it a waste.

65% of people who invest in Lagos don’t live in Lagos. As a matter of fact, they don’t even like Lagos. But they invest because of the unbeatable returns that comes with it and shouldn’t that be the prime goal of investing after all?
